Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for a product is shown in the product details on the product website.
Most of the products we sell are made to order.
The estimated delivery time is specified separately in the product listing (for example, furniture and certain interior items typically have a delivery time of approx. 4–12 weeks and for fashion products approx. 9-15 business days.).
If, for any reason, the product you ordered is no longer available or the delivery is significantly delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone. (This should be nearly impossible due to real time inventory tracking, but with the wonders of the internet and integrated warehouses, unexpected situations can occasionally occur.)
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout when placing an order in to those countries that are available at the check out.
Shipping costs to other EU countries are agreed upon separately.
Delivery Methods
Mainland Finland / Sweden / Denmark / Estonia
We have pre selected the most reliable carriers for our products, so all you need to do is receive your shipment.
Your order will be delivered either to the nearest pickup point or directly to your doorstep (this varies depending on the carrier and the product ordered).
Other EU Countries
The delivery method will be agreed upon separately.
IMPORTANT: Inspecting Your Shipment
You are required to check the external condition of the package when receiving it and to file a damage report with the carrier immediately before signing for the delivery. Please also request a written receipt of the damage for your own records.
Uncollected Shipments
IMPORTANT: For shipments that are not collected or are refused by the recipient, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund.
The cost of returning an uncollected or refused item varies significantly depending on the product. For example, returning furniture or other large items requires special handling or special freight arrangements, and the return cost is almost always over €200 per item and for larger products such as sofas and beds, over 350 euros to us in mainland Finland).
Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately when placing your order so the carrier can notify you of the arriving shipment.
