Groovy Lane is an auxiliary business name of Oy Air United International Ltd (Business ID: 3407337-1), which operates an online store. The general terms and conditions, terms of use, delivery terms, and return terms published on the online store’s website apply to the commercial relationship between the Company and its customers. The Company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase, which can be viewed on the Groovy Lane online store website.

The Company reserves the right to modify the information presented on its website or to deny access to it at any time. All content on the Groovy Lane online store website is protected by copyright, and all rights are reserved.

All content on the website (product images, other images, videos, audio recordings, written material, and similar content) is produced either by the Company itself or by its partners, unless otherwise stated. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer customer has the right to refer disputes arising from this agreement to Consumer Advisory Services or to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. The consumer also has the option to use the online dispute resolution platform maintained by the European Commission. These procedures are conducted in writing.

Attorney fees are not reimbursed, as Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board provide assistance free of charge.

The Customer may file a lawsuit concerning disputes arising from this contractual debt relationship against the Company either in the District Court of Southwest Finland or in the district court of the Customer’s permanent place of residence. If the Customer does not have a place of residence in Finland, disputes will be handled in the district court of the Company’s domicile.
