The products we sell are manufactured all over the world.

Pricing
We made the decision right away when we were planning the online store that we were not going to present any recommended prices pulled out of our own hat in our store so that we could slap permanent and ridiculous 60%-90% discounts on them when lowering prices to normal levels, as unfortunately often seems to happen these days.
Our prices are honestly as they are without any antics or gimmicks.
All our prices include VAT of 25.5%, the shipping prices given to us by the product manufacturers are calculated at the checkout.
We have also priced the products so that when ordering from us you get them basicly the same price as when ordering from abroad, which means that taxes and part of the money stay in Finland and do not disappear completely abroad.

Deliveries
Some of the ordered products are delivered to customers directly from our partners warehouses located in Europe.
Some of the ordered products are delivered to customers directly from European manufacturers.
And some of the ordered products are delivered directly from domestic manufacturers.

Delivery options
We have already chosen the shipping company to be used for your order, so all you need to do is accept your order.
The most common shipping companies we use are GLS, UPS, DHL, Postnord, Matkahuolto and Posti.
The most common delivery methods are to the nearest pickup point and delivery to the door (these vary depending on the supplier and the ordered product).

Returns
Since we are mostly a dropshipping online store, in order to keep prices at a normal level, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns without significantly increasing the prices.
Also, from an ecological perspective, we do not accept so-called "fun shopping" that goods are driven back and forth across Europe in trucks, so please read the product information very carefully before making a purchase decision, thank you.

Customer service
As we are still a very small company, we would like to be contacted mainly by email, so that we can use our time in customer service as efficiently as possible.

However, we have also reserved a few hours a week for customer service by phone (Finnish customer service on a Finnish phone number in Finnish. English is also quite easy and customer service in other languages is preferably via email so that it can be translated with some program). If our number is busy, try again later or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our customer service experience goes back almost 40 years, so someone here should know at least something.
